Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW), in consultation the Greyhound Welfare and Integrity Commission (GWIC), are announcing that from today only registered trainers of greyhounds will be allowed to enter race meetings. If a trainer has 4, or more, greyhounds engaged at the meeting they will be permitted to have one attendant. -

GRNSW MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT
Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) and the Greyhound Welfare & Integrity Commission (GWIC) have today announced a temporary closure of 70% of racing venues across the State and the lock down of seven (7) strategically selected zoned regions outside of Sydney in a move to continue racing in the safest possible environment. -

STATEMENT FROM GRNSW AND GWIC ON COVID-19
Based upon advice and information from NSW Health in relation to the need to minimise risk of infection spread through human contact, further consideration has been made to further restrict access to greyhound racetracks in NSW. -
DECISION - CON ERSOTELOS
Greyhound Racing New South Wales (GRNSW) today announced the outcome of the hearing into the charges laid against participant Con Ersotelos as part of its ongoing Inquiry primarily into the unauthorised export of greyhounds.
