Top trainer Minnie Finn's powerful representation in Thursday night's top-grade race at Wentworth Park has been reduced from three to two starters but her runners still look the dogs for the in-form Tyler Fly High to topple.
The 520m gapnsw.com.au Stakes features Finn's group one winner Gets Late Early with that greyhound's litter brother Both Bowers Ace.
Gets Late Early, Both Bowers Ace and their litter sibling Ain't Waiting have won over $420,000 but Finn said: "Ain't Waiting won't be starting because she has been sold for $10,000 to a buyer in Tasmania.
"Both Bowers Ace is ideally drawn in box one but Gets Late Early looks my better chance.
"She is going great while even though Both Bowers Ace finished fourth, from box one, in the Million Dollar Chase final at Wentworth Park on October 18, I was disappointed with his fifth in a 600m heat of the Dapto Middle Distance Championship last Thursday.''
Gets Late Early races wide, but when she nails the start, she can win from any box.
Slow beginner Tyler Fly High "blew the whistle" at the first turn when he easily won a fourth and fifth grade at Wentworth Park on October 22 in a fast 29.58, just .06sec outside Gets Late Early's best Wentworth Park figures.
After bombing the start from his unsuitable box eight draw Tyler Fly High secured a miraculous rails run at the first turn to move from last at the winning post to be second going through the catching pen.
He then came from last again, this time from box seven, to win over 515m at Gosford in fast time on October 22.
Tyler Fly High is drawn far more suitably in box two on Thursday and looks the danger to Gets Late Early.
Tyler Fly High's trainer Peter Rodgers said: "I gave him a post-to-post trial at Wentworth Park last Saturday night and he clocked 23.63 which is absolutely flying."

"I also have his litter brother Archer Fly High in box eight in race four, a 520m fifth grade, and although he has drawn the wrong side of the track I give him a good chance."

Minnie Finn, trainer of Gets Late Early, believes she can win Thursday's opening event, the NSW GBOYA Welcome Maiden, 520m, with Zipping Jonas.
"She has box one and although she and her litter mates have been a bit disappointing, I think Zipping Jonas will be hard to beat,'' Finn said.
"Although her fastest time in three races at Wentworth Park has been 30.06, Zipping Jonas has trialled 29.70 at Wenty.''
Make Them Cry all but fell at the first turn in the Young Star final at Wentworth Park on October 18 but took no harm from that hefty bump and is ready to make amends in Thursday's Ladbrokes Blackbook Stakes, a 520m fifth grade.
In the Young Star Make Them Cry was rushing across towards the lead at the first turn whe he crashed into Lady Wilson, with that collision ruining the chances of both greyhounds.
Trainer Peter Lagogiane said: "Make Them Cry is good to go on Thursday.
"Her last trial was at Taree and while she did not go as quick as I expected, there had been about 30mls of rain in 30 minutes so under the circumstances the run was okay.''
Make Them Cry had box seven in the Young Star but is a keen railer so has drawn better in box three on Thursday.

Canya Dazzle could notch her second Wentworth Park win when she exits box three in Thursday's ninth race, a 520m fifth grade.
Trainer Wayne Meilak said: "She did not have a lot of luck when fourth in a fourth and fifth grade at Wentworth Park last Thursday night and this looks a better race for her.
"Canya Dazzle had box eight last week and although she goes all right from outside boxes, she is a railer so should be better off from box three this week.''
