Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified organisations to become Private Pet Placement Partners (PPPPs) under the Kennel to Couch rehoming policy. This initiative aims to expand the network of rehoming pathways while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare, transparency, and accountability.
This EOI process will allow GRNSW to identify, assess, and license potential partners capable of delivering sustainable rehoming outcomes for greyhounds across New South Wales.

This Invitation is structured as follows:
• Part A – The Invitation: Provides background, submission details, and key dates. • Part B – Conditions of Participation: Outlines rules and requirements for applicants. • Part C – Invitee Response: Contains templates for applicants to complete. • Annexure A – Capability Framework Template: To be completed and submitted with the EOI.
This process is governed by the laws of New South Wales. Participation does not create any binding legal relationship between GRNSW and any applicant.
