Zipper Show ran the hands off the clock in his dozen lengths winning romp at Wentworth Park last Saturday night and is boxed to put in a repeat performance there on Thursday night.

Trained by Jason Magri for his owner-breeder Natina Howard, Zipper Show has box one - the draw he had last Saturday - in the Follow Redden Video Stakes, a 520m fifth grade.

Making his second Wentworth Park appearance last Saturday, Zipper Show led throughout and posted scorching second and third splits of 13.68 and 17.70 before covering the 520m in 29.45.

Those figures by Zipper Show are the equivalent of five lengths quicker than the best times recorded by any of his rivals on Thursday.

Trainer Jason Magri said: "He is a very fast dog who pulled up well after Saturday's race so there is no reason why he can't win again.''

Magri is also training Zipper In, another greyhound owned by Hunter Valley breeder Natina Howard, and he gives that greyhound a great chance in Thursday night's Ladbrokes Quick Multi Stakes, a 520m fifth grade.

"Zipper In is boxed perfectly and I was more than happy with her first-up run at Wenty last Thursday night,'' Magri said.

"She was beaten three lengths into second place after coming from box seven but is a lot better suited on the rails on Thursday.''

Magri could land a treble on Thursday night as Speedy Pie (pictured above), who has box four in the Mark Hughes Foundation Stakes, has the early pace required to lead all the way.

Speedy Pie has not won at Wentworth Park since July but has been beaten narrowly in two of her past four outings at the track.

"Speedy Pie needs to lead in her races,'' Jason Magri said.

"This looks like it could be the type of race where she can be the pacemaker and if she is the front-runner she has a good chance.''

Zipping Botham had box four when he scored his sole Wentworth Park win in September and came from box seven when he won in a slick 29.64 at Richmond on October 5 and he has drawn box two in Thursday's Ladbrokes Blackbook 520m fifth grade.

Despite Zipping Botham's good record from middle and outside boxes, trainer Courtney Barnes likes him drawn inside.

Barnes said: "No, I actually prefer seeing him boxed near the rails.

"He finished down the track at Wentworth Park last Thursday from box seven but was not far off the lead when he got into awful trouble at the first turn.''

Swift Challenge finished second to Midnight Spritz in a Wentworth Park heat of the Million Dollar Chase 13 months ago but while he may not be up to that form now he still has a great chance in Thursday's Ladbrokes Odds Surge 520m fifth grade.

"He was sidelined with a succession of setbacks after the Million Dollar Chase qualifier but his last start second at Maitland, when he was beaten in a photo finsh, was encouraging,'' trainer Jay Opetaia said.

"Swift Challenge no longer possesses the early pace he had a year ago but he is improving again and although he has box six on Thursday night, he does handle outside boxes capably.''
