Gloria Keeping won three of five Wentworth Park appearances before a spell but since a nine weeks break is going better than ever and is expected to score her fourth successive win on Saturday night.
Gloria Keeping has box six in the Shane Prudnicki Stakes, a 520m fifth grade, and goes into the race unbeaten in two starts from that draw.
Trainer Jason Magri said: "After looking at the field I believe the draw should be good for her.
"She has come back better than ever after a short break and won in 29.10 over 520m at Nowra on April 26, not far outside the track record.
"Then she won there in 29.81 from box six before winning from the same alley in 29.22 on May 7 so she should be hard to beat on Saturday.''
Magri has four of the eight finalists in Saturday's We Stand With Tasmania Maiden, with fastest qualifier Zipping Ruger set to be sent out at long odds-on after drawing box one.
Zipping Ruger wore the red rug when he won his heat in a sensational 29.36 and it seems only a terrible getaway can stop him winning again on Saturday.
Litter brother Zipping Sako, who was checked at the first turn before finishing second, beaten eight lengths by Zipping Ruger in his heat, should fill the quinella again.
Magri could be chasing a hat-trick of winners with Loco Kade to exit box six in the Sponsor a Race @ Wenty 520m fifth grade.
"She can handle a wide draw but doesn't have much early speed and is probably looking for longer than 520m,'' Magri said.
Camden trainer David Smith is enjoying a stellar year and could win Saturday's Going To The Dogs Stakes, a 520m fifth grade, with Kung Fu Ethics.
Kung Fu Ethics has been impressive at his past two starts, winning over 515m at Gosford in 29.47 and 472m at Bulli in a sizzling 25.90, both times being the fastest of each meeting.
"It has taken King Fu Ethics a while to work it all out and he lost his first few races over shorter distances,'' David Smith said.
"But since I have stepped him up in distance he has gone really well and I don't mind him in box six, I think he likes it out there.''
Smith has three starters in Saturday's Book Your Next Function 520m fifth grade, with Flash Ethics looming as his best hope.
"I gave Flash Ethics a chance at Wentworth Park last Saturday but his kennelmate Rugged Ethics ran off the track and skittled him at the first turn,'' Smith said.
"Saturday's draw looks better because Reggae Ethics, who is drawn inside Flash Ethics this week, is inclined to go left in the run to the first turn.''
Ali Tango has not won since November but can spring a surprise from box one in Saturday's Adopt A Greyhound Masters Stakes.
Ali Tango has won seven of his 11 appearances from box one and will wear the red livery on Saturday.
He bungled the start when fourth, beaten over eight lengths, in a similar race from box four at Wentworth Park last week, but with wide runner Mepunga Shine in box two has an ideal draw on Saturday.
"Because of lack of top grade races I have not been able to get a start with Ali Tango so he has been kept fit with trials,'' trainer Joe McFadyen said.
"That lack of match practice has resulted in him missing the kick lately but hopefully he will step cleanly on Saturday.
"Ali Tango has terrific mid-race speed and can still run a fast 17.70 third section at Wenty.''
McFadyen concedes his in-form speedster Canya Handle It faces tough opposition in Saturday's gapnsw.com.au 520m fifth grade but declared the dog fit and ready to go.
Canya Handle It has box six but posted slick initial splits of 5.31 and 5.41 in his WP wins on May 2 and 7 and can "pinch" Saturday's harder event thanks to his early brilliance.
Ritza Ringer, who "walked" out of the boxes at Wentworth Park last Saturday before rattling home to clock a personal best 29.45 in finishing second to kennelmate Wyndra All Heart, looks the dog to beat after drawing well in box eight.
