The countdown to the 2026 Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase is on! To celebrate, the GRNSW team have created a series of videos honouring the greyhounds who have taken the win across the past eight Million Dollar Chases. It’s a trip down memory lane, celebrating the champions, the moments and the memories that have made the Million Dollar Chase what it is today.
2025 - Power And Glory
Nearly 50 years without racing a greyhound.
Then one very special dog changed everything.
In 2025, at 79, Jeff Eastburn found himself back in the sport with Power And Glory - the first greyhound he had raced in almost half a century, and a journey shared with one of his oldest friends.
What followed was a remarkable chapter in Wentworth Park history.
Golden Easter Egg winner
Million Dollar Chase champion
A new Million Dollar Chase race record - 29.15
On one unforgettable night at Wentworth Park, Power And Glory swept around the field and powered away to win by seven lengths.
For Jeff, it was more than a record.
It was the kind of journey you wait a lifetime for and the kind of moment Wentworth Park has given people for generations.
