She's Fearless, a daughter of the former champion She's A Pearl, posted sizzling personal best figures of 29.47 with her fifth Wentworth Park win on Saturday night.
Trained by Jodie Lord, who prepared the Golden Easter Egg/Million Dollar Chase winner She's A Pearl, She's Fearless led throughout to win Saturday's top grade 520m race by six lengths.
As usual She's Fearless raced wide throughout, but once she led she was never going to be beaten, as she is noted for her strength at the end of 520m.
Jodie Lord is the manager of the Clover Park Racing Group and that ownership enjoyed surprise success in Saturday's 520m Maiden Final with the Chris O'Brien-trained Bandit Alex leading all the way.
Fastest heat winner Zipping Ruger bungled the start from box one and then, when crowded by rivals, the inexperienced but talented youngster ran off the track and collided at the first turn, losing all chance.
After the race trainer Chris O'Brien said: "Bandit Alex trialled a bit over 29.80 at Wentworth Park before his first start in last week's heats and in that race he had no luck when he finished a distant fourth.
"When he jumped in front tonight I wasn't surprised that he clocked 29.67, although obviously before the race I didn't give him a chance of beating Zipping Ruger.
"I was also concerned before the race because Bandit Alex played up in my van on the way to the track.
"He didn't do that on the way to Wenty for the heats but he had another dog with him in the van that night, while he was on his own tonight and maybe that agitated him.''
Trainer Craig Chappelow's high opinion of the Mark Wilcox-trained former speedster Burning Fuel led him to buying two pups from that bitch, and on Saturday night Vintage Glow, one of those puppies, followed his litter sister and kennelmate Erupt's success on Thursday night with a Wentworth Park win.
Erupt won by four lengths in 29.85 on Thursday while Vintage Glow recorded 29.98 in running down Drink To That to win a 520m fifth grade on Saturday.
Craig Chappelow said later: "I remember Burning Full winning over 472m at Bulli in 26 seconds flat in May, 2020, and that sort of time was virtually unheard of back then.
"I always liked the dam line her trainer Mark Wilcox possessed so I will breed from Erupt when she finishes racing.''
Prim And Pretty, who was a gift to her owner-trainer Chris Fallshaw, notched her fourth Wentworth Park win for the battling trainer when she won a 520m fifth grade on Saturday in 29.88.
After Prim And Pretty had won her maiden race at Wentworth Park in slow time, her owner Michael Jones presented the bitch to Fallshaw.
"Michael's only suggestion was that I might give him $1000 if she won a race for me so I did that soon after I got her,'' Fallshaw said.
Londonderry trainer Sam Sultana, whose exciting staying prospect Joanne won brilliantly at Wentworth Park on Thursday night, was in the winner's circle again at headquarters on Saturday with Take A Break.
The greyhound, raced by the trainer's daughter Kristy Sultana, led from the first turn to win in a personal best 29.57.
